| Hi Pascal
The Zulus had around 20,000 guns in their countrey by the time of the war.
Their was no count becuase the firing took place during battles, so the men would have been to busy firing back to count.
Cheers DB14 |

| Nearly all those defenders wounded at RD were caused by bullets. |

| Hello
Well that's a statistic well known, the Zulus who attacked the patrol of bonaparte was 40 or 50 men, all with muskets or rifles. There were 100 yards when they fired a shot each at a target quasiement stopped and have hit and killed one man with this salvo. Finally the power of fire can be assessed at 2.5% hit if they were 40 and 2% if They Were 50 ... In mind not they drew close enough, and after a fire, the warriors abandoned their firearms to load, unless snipers, snipers are fortunately few in number ...
It is in this kind of skirmishes that can make statistics. As for Zulu, if some of you are familiar with skirmishes with precise conduct of fire, on any type of target, it would be great ...
Cheers
Pascal

| So, from today, the Zulus had firepower, superior to defenders! |

| Hi all The fifty brave Zulu warriors, who freed France, without knowing it, of the Bonapartist threat, in killing Loulou ,have fired a cartridge each and killed only one man! This gives us a little statistical about the Zulu firepower Cheers Pascal |
