| Hi All For those who know Petty Officer Tom , I received this today from David who's also a Forum Member . Sounds as if Tom will be back up and running again very shortly , I know we all wish him a speedy recovery and a very Merry Christmas Cheers 90th . Gary, Tom called me today and asked me to send you an email to explain his situation. He had a mild heart attack and has been in the hospital for the last week or so – therefore away from any computers (we were scheduled to have lunch last week, now I know what happened). He wanted to say why he may not have answered any emails of late. He will have bypass surgery probably tomorrow and hopefully exit the hospital by this coming weekend. Tom will stay at his daughter’s house to recuperate a week or two, then come back home to Brenham for therapy. He thought perhaps you could pass the word along to interested parties in the Forum. As soon as he can, he will be back in action. He sounded very good over the phone today, so hopefully things will go as planned. I will pass along any information as soon as I get it. |

| Hi Gary/David, Thanks for the news about Tom. We wish him well in his recovery I have PM'd him, so tell him to open messages when he has recovered enough. He will find interesting reading. Tom's knowledge of things nautical pertaining to the AZW is of immense value to myself and many others on the forum.
