I am in the fortunate position of having two of these, so one must go:
A Snider cavalry carbine made by V&R Blakemore, rack number V90.
In 1874, the Crown Agents supplied 500 Snider Cavalry Carbines to the Govt. of Natal, and this is one of that batch. The 'sealed pattern' of this Natal Government order is in the collection of the National Army Museum, London.
The story of these carbines can be seen here:http://samilitaryhistory.org/vol156wd.html

I am asking £1000 for the carbine.
