Lt. Col. Pulleine: His Lordship is of the cetain opinion that it's far too difficult an approach to be chosen by the Zulu command. Col. Durnford: Yes, well... difficulty never deterred a Zulu commander.

SirDCC came across this on a website I belong to.

“I am hoping someone out there feels up to challenge! I only have these bad photo copies of my Grandfather Joseph tending his garden/allotment and of taking a stroll with his wife Priscilla.

He was in the 2nd Battalion of The King's Own Royal Regiment and fought in the Zulu War.

If they could be tidied up a little I would be very pleased,
Best wishes, Abiam”

The trouble is this seems to be a photocopy so alot of detail is lost as well as it being a old picture.
I'll see what I can do mate.

Edit: I would have liked to have done a better job for him but I'm only learning how to edit photo's so this is about as good as I can do mate.
