I have just returned from the USA picking some Martini's, most of the Sniders are made on the indian sub-continent, in effect copies of the British issue Mk3 Snider, Those I inspected at Atlanta were damasus type rolled barrels, wouldn,t fancy firing modern Snider rounds in them.

I have just aqquired a very nice Cape Govt marked Mk3 Snider carbine, BSA 1871 dated, I'll publish some pics shortly.
