Its looks like Isandlwana in the distance. But it can't be because there is another mountain to the left.

The foreground rise is Signal Hill, the mountain to the left is Table mountain and the "Isandlwana" lookalike is The Lions Koppie. Cape Town

Neils quite correct. The houses on the side of Signal Hill are part of what was known as "the Malay Quarter', today its BoKaap. Its character has changed little, still small terrace houses with a predominant moslem population. Theirs is an ongoing fight in the area to prevent 'gentrification'. A battle I fear that will be lost and another Yuppy twee area will be created.
