Lt. Melvill: Well done, Sir! Did you see that Noggs? Deceived him with the up and took him with the down. Norris-Newman: Well well, this one\'s a grandfather at least. If he\'d been a Zulu in his prime I\'d have given odds against your lancer, Mr.Melvill.

PostSubject: Extra Emoticons ?   Tue Dec 13, 2011 3:06 pm

Admin, although I'm not suggesting making the forum too amusing or irritating, I do feel that sometimes certain emoticons prevent misunderstandings due to the fact they can assist by letting readers know what posts are meant as a bit of humour, and others a genuine question because something is not understood, etc. I'm not necessarily a fan of emoticons, but they do serve a purpose on occasions, if not over-used. However, the ones available, don't always 'suit' what is meant in posts, so I wondered if other new ones could be added for greater choice ? Just a thought. Put it down to christmas spirit ! 😕

I don't really know what's 'out there' emoticon-wise, but thought that more variety in expressions, as well as humourous ones, characters, etc., anything that would give more in the way of choice/options, even if some have a similar meaning, just to lighten topics sometimes, which can get a bit too serious. It's only an idea I thought of in an idle moment. Idea
