Does anyone know or can post a photo of Offy Sheptone of the Natal Carbineers or Surgeon Seawood Longhurst of
the Kings Dragoon Gaurds ?

Hi DB14

There is a sketch of "Offy" SHEPSTONE in the "Silver Book" (p.10) of Ian KNIGHT "zulu: Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift22-23 january 1879" (same sketch in "who's who in the zulu war" vol.2 by Ian Knight and Adrian Greave).
You can find a photo of the same man (with a group) in "british forces in zululand of 1879" by Ian Knight (this photo is well known / yo can find it in others books on the zulu war / for example "Volunteers, irregulars and auxiliaries in the zulu war");
i don't have others photos of him... scratch
