Zulu Dawn:Col. Durnford: Sergeant, you're to ride back to Natal. When you see the Bishop tell him, that is, tell his daughter, that I was obliged to remain here with my infantry. Now go. God go with you. Sgt. Maj. Kambula: I leave God Jesus with you.

Hi Pascal .
I've read this somewhere before but have no idea where ! . I think Dugald Macphail may have been the last
white man to die who was at Isandlwana , but for all the war I cant tell you . There probably arent any records
to identify
the last Coloured person to die that took part in the AZW . Record keeping wasnt a strong point regarding the coloured
people of Sth Africa back in those days .
Cheers 90th

Perhaps, there are témoignqges of old Zulu before 1950 ...

For whites, there were there many prestige of being involved in this war ?

He seems interested in how people, especially since the movie "Zulu"but not before...
