If it is an original painting, you may well not have.
Go for it!
I would, but I am not sure that I would know how to preserve it and do it justice. Fine arts is not my thing - I hope it finds a suitably good home.

Hi Tasker224

I know one of the bidders, so I will not be bidding as I know if they win it, then it has gone to a good home.

Why is it tagged as a Water Colour. When is Black and White. It looks like a print, rather than an original.
