Lt. Melvill: Well done, Sir! Did you see that Noggs? Deceived him with the up and took him with the down. Norris-Newman: Well well, this one\'s a grandfather at least. If he\'d been a Zulu in his prime I\'d have given odds against your lancer, Mr.Melvill.

Hello, Welcome to the forum. If you look on the edge of the medal there should be a service number on there. I am sure someone on here will come up with info. for you.

Hi Delandwayne.
Welcome to the forum  Salute . I checked the Medal Roll for the 58th Regt and came across Private  A.H.Horne 298 / 627 58th Regt , entitled to medal with no clasp . Which means he never crossed the border ( River ) into Zululand . Still nice items I'd expect .
