| For those interested My Mother the Granddaughter of Robert Jones V.C Died on Friday 1st November 2013. She passed away after a painfull medical condition but peacfully. She outlived my father , her husband of 57 years by only 16 weeks .
She managed to see her grandfathers Victoria Cross When It was loaned to the museum in Brecon some years ago by Lord Ashcroft to whom I am grateful. It had always been an ambition of hers .

a grieving son whose maternal great
grandfather Robert won his vc at R.D.
i thought that as a first time poster
he showed great fortitude in allowing
the AZW community a chance to pass
on their condolences regarding his
great loss. the circumstances of which
