An on going process is the digital scanning through Project Africa of the Battlefields. This will lead in the not to distant future to full digital walk throughs. I hope to be able to post some of these during the course of this year.
First phase of doing that is the digital mapping.
This is the Rorkes Drift digital map, its composed of Millions of digital points accurate within a millimetre.

This is the main area defended with the cattle kraal, in the centre is the redoubt.

Excellent work that man , my laptop for some reason wont show photos or pictures posted on the forum , so I've jumped onto the missus's pc while she's out ! LOL.
