Engineer Roper,

Sapper W. Parker, S.A.M. No Clasp, served in the Right Half of C (Telegraph) Troop, Royal Engineers, which was commanded by Major A. C. Hamilton.

Embarked from Portsmouth on board the hired transport Borussia, 1st April 1879.
