| The D'Arcy book is not worth a great deal - £10 at most. David's book certainly £100 plus. |

| Hill of the Sphinx is one of the best books you could ever wish to own, I would never part with my copy, it is one of my favourite 'go to' books I have in my collection, can't understand why you would want to part with it. To many AZW book collectors it is a 'must have' book, and to my way of thinking, it is a 'must keep' book.
Fantastic book. |

| Hill of the Sphinx by F.W.Jackson, was published in the year 2002. It is rare because only 1,000 limited numbered copies were printed.
I was lucky enough to have secured number 197.

| A thousand is all very well but a reprint is seriously needed. It's an elitist book but it shouldn't be. Take the kudos of getting the in on the 2002 run.well done. print some more please. |

| kznask,
A curious turn of phrase, in my opinion, ‘…an elitist book…’ What draws you to that conclusion?

| I don't know if these books are classed as being 'rare' or not, however, I am seriously thinking of unloading some of my books, and amongst them would be two books by Norman Holme.
One would be 'The Silver Wreath', the other would be 'The Noble 24th'.
I also have a couple of Journals of the AZW Historical Society, Editor Dr Adrian Greaves FRGS.
The 7th Edition, June 2000, and the 11th Edition, June 2002.
Would anyone be interested I wonder? |
