Hi littlehand.
Dont know if he qualifies but Henry Cecil Dudgeon D'Arcy was born Wanganui N.Z but was of Irish Descent . His parents
both being Irish , his father Major Oliver Barker D'Arcy and his wife Angelica Martha . Major D'Arcy had served in two
famous Irish Regts the 18th and 27th , and was serving with the 65th on garrison duties after the 1845 - 47 Maori uprising .

He is also considered South African, though he probably considered himself British or Anglo-Irish.
