The Grave, situated in the north east corner of the churchyard is somewhat overgrown but is well marked by a large decorated Latin Cross on a pedestal.

A Stained glass window dedicated to him was placed in the Chruch by his wife (Florence). Died 28th June 1908 at Sparsholt Manor.

William died on 28th June 1908 and was buried at Sparsholt, where an east end window was inserted to his memory by his widow.
