| Hi All William James Gee, N/5 RA, born circa 1855 Dartford District, which includes Swanscombe, there are birth records for william Gee in Swanscombe but i cannot tie him directly. 1891, 1901, 1911, 1921 census gives William [J] Gee a Cooper, at various addresses in Swanscombe Dartford the last two being the No.2 High Street, Swanscombe this is the same address on his burial record. He married twice [1]Arabella 3 children [2] around 1911 Elizabeth 2 children. He was buried 9 Oct 1937 in Swanscombe Cemetery Kent Ref Con/548, his son is also in the same cemetery and appears on the findagrave website, W.J.T. Gee grave 3053. There is one military record that could relate to William Gee Driver No.31646 2nd Div Depot RA Woolwich 1871, he would have been just 16, probably at the Depot before being posted to a Battalion.
