Inactive account deletion. Set for the Midnight 5th July 2010

Once again. Our forum is certainly growing in numbers, however we have quite a few inactive members. E-mails have been sent out asking members to log on if they wish to continue being a member of our community, this has been build in to the forum. The main reason is not to give those viewing our forum a false account of our membership status. Therefore any inactive accounts will be deleted at midnight on the 5th July 2010. To prevent deletion of membership, please log in to your account if you receive an e-mail asking you to do so. This will keep your account active.

So doe's this mean the member number will decrease.

I believe so Old H. I think it will erase accounts, thus decreasing the member number.

Hi Chard. This was done a few months ago. I think Admin wants to show a true account of members on the forum. Not everyone can contribute for whatever reasons, but all they need to do is log in every so often. The site is open to non-members so you don’t have to join. But if you do, you need to keep your account open by logging on. Hope this makes sense.
