Little Hand.
I have been in touch with a friend of Dr Henfrey regarding Lieutenant Atkinson. Hopefully, he will give us some more information, as there does not appear to much on Lieutenant Atkinson.

have received a reply from, Bridget Winstanley and Dr.Tony Henfrey, the latter being an expert on Lieutenant C.J Atkinson, of the Aln and Breamish Local History Society,

Bridget Winstanley, kindly sent me a picture of the memorial: See Pictorial catalogue of AZW graves memorial.
