| Hi 24th, Two Journals a year were issued from 1997 to 2009 a total of 26 releases. If they continued at two per year for 2010, 2011 & 2012 there should be another 5, with another due out in December. cheers Richie |

| There are currently 31 Journals, but you have to be a member to access them on-line. As a member you can also purchase copies of the journal. I think membership is £30 a year.
Here is the link to their site.
http://www.anglozuluwar.com/the-journals/
If you move your cursor over the word “Members” on the far left it will show that there are currently 31 journals. Don’t click on the word, or you will receive a message that you do not have sufficient privileges.

| Hi All . I've mentioned these Journals as a ' must have ' many times in the last couple of years , I have 16 of them and they are well worth having, especially if you cant afford to buy zulu war reference books . They are often on ebay and I noticed there are several of them on ebay at the moment . Volume 5 as I've mentioned many times has Chelmesford's standing orders from Dec 1878 , which was distributed to Column Commanders . Here is the link , this seller has a few for sale at a very cheap rate . From memory they are 10 quid each for members to purchase from the Society http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Anglo-Zulu-War-Historical-Soc-Journal-/271065570886?pt=Non_Fiction&hash=item3f1cc45e46 Check the sellers other items and you'll find the other editions he has for sale . Cheers 90th. |

| 90th Also worth mentioning that the Instructions to Column Commanders are not faithfully reproduced in the publication you mention. |

| Hi Julian . I wont be home till tomorrow so I cant check , but I'm fairly confident these instructions are indeed in Volume 5 , I know for a fact there is a diagram in the journal which iiiustrates how the forces are to be set out . I assume you have it , can you check for me / us ? , Thanks . By ' Faithfully ' do you mean in their entirety or are they only touched upon in the Journal ? . Cheers 90th.

| 90th I mean they are not correctly reproduced - there are errors in it and part is missing. Jackson's Hill of the Sphinx reproduces them correctly though as per our original article on the subject. My new work will also, and will include photos of the complete docs so readers can compare for themselves. |
