Hi all
Ultimately, apart from the men of the two battalions of the 24 th regiment , of the 80 th regiment and of the battalion of 1/13 th regiment, no British Imperial infantryman had to fight in melee with the Zulus in this war ...

War easy, because the fear of a white soldier involved in the zulu war or a other colonial war is ending up in melee against opponents who do not make prisoners.
This being so little happened during this war ...

Oh I forgot, for the british imperial infantry ,the 3rd and 90 th Foot also fought in melee at Rorcke's Drift...
