Clarke, Agnes, d. 3 Oct 1901, age: 8y, parents, Chas. & Agnes Clarke, 17th Royal Lancers (Duke of Cambridge Own), Lieutenant & Quarter Master, ?parents, Says ""dearly loved children"" only one name given. Charles appointed Quartermaster to the regiment21/12/1892. source, 'Death or Glory'. Listed as Quarter Master in 1897 Army List, p. 159.1896 army list, p. 159, 4year. as quartermaster on fullpay, Hon. 2nd Lieut. 21 Dec 1892. Served in Zulu War of 1879, present in the engagements at Zinguin Mountain and Ulundi (Medal with clasp).
