Correct Martin ! , Impi I think you and 24th should've done some more research as you'll find this ISNT the museum where Bill works ! I know you love primary source evidence so here it is , Bill is at the The Regimental museum of the royal Welsh , which is to the right of the one mistakingly thought by you pair as the Regimental Museum , not the Brecon / Brechnock museum happy to be corrected ! 90th

All
The article refers to the BRECKNOCK Museum - this is the County Museum located in the centre of Brecon.
The Regimental Museum is a totally separate building located in The Barracks on the eastern edge of the town. The building that currently holds the Museum is on MOD property and the Museum Trust neither owns it nor leases it. Because we (as a result) do not have security of tenure we are not able to claim Heritage Lottery Funding for a refurbishment.
The trust is currently negotiating with MOD with regard to a possible purchase or lease. If this can be achieved we would then be in a position to claim HLF. Any grant received would need to be fund matched and this is the basis for our current appeal.
