This photograph gets worked into an engraving an couple of times in 1878 & 1879.

In the first instance he is described as a Xhosa (original word replaced) Chief, and when it reappears in 1879 he has become Sihayo!

I believe it may be one of the sons of Mgolombane Sandile.
