They were all characters in those days Les, before it got bread out of them by the welfare society. My dad made a fortune in the pubs at Blackpool, he was a little guy with a gammy arm, used to pick up a set of darts, put on his horn rims and then throw underarm. Darts would go every where, was never to long before someone challenged him, for money. Moment the cash was on the bar, hed straighten up, open with double tops and close of in minutes before the poor buggers knew what hit them. Came in handy that did when the miners were out. God bless him

Where's the image, I thought you had sorted this. It's because you keep moving them!

Sorry LH, but i dont keep moving them! i simply put it in another folder!.when one has over 300 images in photobucket it gets very difficult to find the latest one uploaded! so i thought i know i will organize my photobucket into folders..ie, the 90th's photos in one. the others in their own folder AZW 1, the AZW in colour and so on..so i take it by just moving them deletes them from this forum..that i did not know, i do now!
I note that you at one time replaced an image of mine many months ago, so obviously your more media savvy than me..i have ensured that my pb is public and that any one can simply right click and download any image they wish, so you, could of replaced any quietly that you wanted to! and you could also have told me how to remedy this..you choose not to, which is fine. i have upgraded my pb to extend the size so i can in effect upload as many as i wish, if they are relevant to the subject!.
I dont think i have ever posted an image i have got off the net..it usually goes like this. the idea to post an image becomes apparent to me, i stop what i'm doing go to my library seek the necessary image from a book, magazine,or wherever it might be, which often means searching through boxes of books, some piled four high, in the loft, under my bed ect. find it, fire up the printer scanner, scan it at the highest res poss, upload it to the net, and to this forum. each process can take up to an hour..over 300 images, do the math! my reward.. every so often someone might say, nice one! also i feel that maybe i have contributed..i look at what others present, and know who does what! and when people complain like i am simply ' messing around ' i feel insulted and it makes me smile wryly. thats all! some see problems, but the best see solutions the pic will be back in a tic. now that i know!..as i've said before. i rarely go back. moving forward is always the thing!

Put them into the folder you want, once there in the folder, then post the link. don't post the link, and then move them into the folder.
