Farnborough Hill Empty
PostSubject: Farnborough Hill   Farnborough Hill EmptyWed Sep 20, 2017 8:57 am

Such a stunning picture taken this morning from the terrace of Farnborough Hill, now a school but once the home of Empress Eugenie.
Farnborough Abbey, where the Prince Imperial, Napoleon III and Eugenie are buried is next door. Not taken by me but so quintessentially English.

Love the vapour trails. You can almost hear the Spitfires roaring away into battle. Or of course the RyanAir flights of to Benidorm..........
