1:72 Diorama of Ulundi

Some month ago I asked for some information on Volunteer units as we worked on our diorama.

Now on the weekend of the 17th November we put it on show at the dioramica which is a fair dedicated to the scale of 1/72.

Together with five other friends I worked for two years on the subject and in the end we were able to put over 9000 figures on the plate.
You can see the result here on my blog. There will be much more postings in the commings days.

What make are the figures?

Mostly plastics from HAT and Esci with a good part of conversions. Metals from Newline, Qualitcast, some older figures from the 60ies and 70ies.
