Martini Enfield by the looks of it - converted to .303 with the wooden top guard and the foreend fittings for the cleaning rod and 1888 pattern bayonet -thats all that can be said from the pictures given - look at the receiver and see if she has markings on both sides or just one as that will help with identifying her
