| It is with great sadness that i have to inform the forum that I have just learned that long time member 'Rusteez' has passed away. Stephen Reinstadler will be long remembered on the forum, and by those members that corresponded with him, for his wit, his tenacity and his attention to detail. Stephen was first and formost a gentleman, a scholar and a good friend to those lucky enough to have known him.

| I shall miss Steve's contributions greatly both to the forum and to future editions of the Studies in the ZW series. He was also one of those few trusted individuals with whom one can think aloud directly and confide in. What a very sad loss. |

"Le Paradis Blanc", Michel Berger English translation. "There are so many waves and smoke We can not distinguish The white of the black And the energy of despair The phone may ring There will be no subscriber And more idea That silence to breathe Restart Where the world started I'll go to sleep in the white paradise Where the nights are so long that we forget the time Alone with the wind Like in my childhood dreams I'll go running in the white paradise Far from the eyes of hate and blood fights Find the whales Talking to silver fish Like, like, as before There are so many waves and so many ideas That we can not decide anymore The true false And who to love or condemn The day I will have given everything That my keyboards will be worn To have dared Always want to try everything And…" "The White Paradise", Michel Berger" |

| Hi
That's very sad, a few months ago I gave him some cartoons from Punch and out of the blue a CDV of a Zulu warrior landed on my doorstep.
So sorry

| Just a quick message of thanks really Steve (Rusteez) is my Dad, my Mum recieved an email from someone on this board and it has been of great help with our grieving to know that so many of you held him with such high regard. My Dad often spoke about this forum to is as a family and he held you all with high regard too. He enjoyed the knowledge that you all share very much. Over the years I have become very interested in my Dads interests it is clear I have much reading to do. For now once again I'd like to thank you all for your kind words on behalf of myself and the test of the family. |
