The paint work is fantastic. I can honestly say, Best I have seen. Bet there not cheap. Thank for post photo's. Were there any other models in this collection to do with the Zulu War.

24th and impi the 4 sets of the Carbineers are not by John Jenkins. They're from The Collectors Show Case. I agree with you on the paint work 24th but the colour of their uniforms shown is incorrect the uniform colour was a darker blue. impi Collectors Show Case provide a set of 3 manning a 7 Pdr wearing incorrect uniforms along with 2 sets of Zulu Warriors and a set of members of the 24th Foot. All of the sets were scaled as 60mm vs the 56mm an 54mm by WB, Frontline and Conte. I've feature them in various photos which appear here on the forum. Here's my four figures up close. Never mind about "John" liking it. I think its brilliant. Excellent detail and paint work..
