I am afraid as with many of those killed at Isandlwana no documents survive. So it is traditional research on you part, i.e. build your own family tree.

1-24/1866 suggests he enlisted in 1872. First name Henry. On some of the pay & muster rolls the name is shown as 'Rogers'. The 1871 census may give clue (but it may be difficult to prove a link unless you have other family information) - Rodgers Henry Private born Yorkshire 1849.
You may find something in a local newspaper.

Good luck.
