| Did you know?
The number of companies in the Uthulwana forming the extreme left of the left horn and participles thus the battle of Isandhlwana but will not go to Rorke's Drift was 10 amaviyo (500 Zulus under Induna Qetuka).
Qetuka left a statement that he was accidentally ‘cut off’ on the left horn with some of the uThulwane. We know from Mpatshana’s statement that the uThuilwana was divided into izigaba of between 3-6 amaviyo. Assuming Qetuka had control of a couple of izigaba I am estimating that each had 5 amaviyo – thus 10 amaviyo (500 men).
Cheers

| Hi 24 th
After my friend ,a british historian ,it's not a statement exactly, I gave you the wrong impression. Another Zulu in his statement recorded what Qetuka had done.
Cheers
