| Greetings,
As the title states, I need a link or lead on anyone who makes an authentic AZW Overseas Service helmet. Since I have a huge noggin, and would need one made to fit. Looking to start my collection. Being in the States the options are the proverbial needle in a haystack. Thank you in advance! |

| Hi Bigpaulie here's a link but what they offer is the 1895 version , not sure if that's what you actually want or need ? , unfortunately I don't know of any other Military outfitter in the USA , let alone any that deal in correct Victorian uniforms etc etc . https://www.ima-usa.com/products/british-p-1895-victorian-colonial-khaki-pith-helmet cheers 90th |

| So Pauli, you’re looking for a replica version of this?
https://www.ima-usa.com/products/original-british-zulu-war-1877-colonial-pattern-sun-helmet-pith-helmet?variant=12083207274565
BTW, I am in Washington State also, albeit on the Eastern side.

| Your best bet for helmets that side of the pond is Stan Dolan who trades as the Regimental Quartermaster -here's a link to his website https://www.regimental-quartermaster.com/ he stocks Nat Sooy's conversion which are very well done - hope that helps |

| Thanks All! Got ahold of Stan at Regt QM. Now I'm in touch with Nat Sooy, and will be getting one! Next hill to climb is a Martini Henry. |

| Oh I wouldn't go climbing any hills. Look what happened to Lt Robert's and Raw (or Buller and Wood for that matter) when they went exploring the high ground. Kate |

IMA is sold out of hand picked. Not sure I want to roll the dice with any old MK II. Correction it says in stock now. Weird.

| Weird they are still showing the hand picked Mark 2 available on their website as of today - grab them while you can most are a bit dirty bores now as the real minty bore shooters went some time back - for a shooter look to the Mark IV's https://www.ima-usa.com/collections/martini-henry-rifle/products/original-british-p-1871-martini-henry-mkii-short-lever-rifle-1870-s-dates-with-socket-bayonet-and-scabbard-cleaned-and-complete |
