Sir Bartle Frere, Officers disobeyed orders.

There have been a lot of debates relating to the orders from Chelmsford to Durnford ect, I was reading an article or part of, where Sir Bartle states that the officers in commard at Isandlwana Clearly disobeyed the Generals orders. I would be very interested to see the whole letter relating to this. So would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. would like to know how he came to this conclusion.?

Dave. Frere was in bed with Chelmsford. He had to back him. Remember they took the decision to invade Zululand with out the British Government knowing.
