PostSubject: Buyer Beware..   Fri Jun 06, 2014 11:08 pm

As some know i recently purchased the book
Pheophilus Shepstone and the Forging of Natal,
i received an e mail on the 4th saying it had
been despatched, great thought i, this evening
DHL, text me saying it was in the west midlands
and i had to pay £13.00 before it was delivered!
not happy is of course an understatement. i was
informed by dhl it was for the duty and vat! what?.
there was no mention of this when i placed my
order with Kalahari book's in cape town..i feel like
i have been ripped off..needlessto say i have sent
Kalahari an e mail.. and look forward to their reply,
its not the money..buyer beware! if buying from
overseas, i have bought many from S.A. but this
is a first.
