Mr Issac Cruwys of 81 Pentre-Road Swansea called at the "Leader office', this afternoon to inform us that the statement in yesterday's issue that Private John Williams VC, Cwmbran, who attended the 36th annual dinner at Brecon in commemoration of that famous stand is " The only hero of Rorke's Drift" is incorrect. His father, Mr Issac Cruwys of 32 Ritson street Briton Ferry, and now a Watchman at the Albion Streelworks, is another surviver, and possesses medal and clasp.

The Cambria Daily Leader Tuesday 26th January 1915.

I don't know if you have come across this before. Any thoughts?
