Hi Guys,
Been passionate about the AZW for many years and now about to write about it for my history dissertation. More specifically regarding Zulu tactics and how the British adapted to them. Could anyone point me to any primary sources from both the British and Zulu perspective. Found a few things from the British but struggling a little when it comes to the Zulu.

Probably the seminal work would be Ian Knights "Anatomy of the Zulu Army".

The James Stuart Archive give testimonies from several Zulu participants and several of the more well-known Zulu testimonies are reproduced in Frank Emery's The Red Soldier.
Neil Thornton and I are publishing two volumes of eyewitness statements regarding Isandlwana. Including quite a few newly discovered ones. In the meantime, if there is anything specific you're looking for, please feel free to PM me.
