I knew the Welsh were up to no good.  First of all, a Welshman, from Clydach, starts the Zulu War, then this damning evidence!

Also some dubious geography being espoused there as well, given that Mozambique bordered Zululand!

Sounds like a typical Free Wales Army plot - wrong type of gunpowder, guns past their sell-by date, put on the wrong ship to the wrong destination, set to arrive after it's all over.
