I see the SAGS awarded to Lt C. Williams KIA Hlobane was sold earlier today at Spink's Auction House , Hammered for 12,000 GBP's . Sergio , I hope you got what you sought ? . Gunner Howard ( RDrift ) SAGS and his LSGC Medals are up later today . 90th

Aged just 23, Williams had led a party of some 250 warriors of Wood's Irregulars in the previous weeks - including the soldiers of loyal Zulu Prince uHamu, brother of King Cetshwayo
His remains were discovered eight weeks later and comprised just his skull, boots and a few bones remaining for internment"

From memory Lt Williams was killed during the ascent (?) , shot in the head while talking to Capt Alan Gardner ( Survivor of Isandlwana & Hlobane , wounded in the Thigh at Kambula ). 90th
