Hi There's a photo of a soldier from the frontier light horse in Ian Knights book. I'm abroad at the moment but does anyone have a copy of the picture in the black uniform they can post on here.

I take it that you are referring to Trooper Robert Brown D.C.M., I know we have discussed him on the forum previously.

You will find the photograph of Trooper Brown in the Royal Collection Trust, the original photograph is appropriately held at Windsor Castle, where Trooper Brown received his D.C.M. from Queen Victoria.

The reference number for the photograph is RCIN 2501069.
