Sergeant Major John H Lunn 15th Dragoon Guards

I can't find any trace of a Lunn in the AZW casualty medal rolls. The 15th Hussars went out from India in January 1881 for the 1st Boer War. He could have died then.
N/T in my Mount Prospect cemetery plan of him.

Hi All,
There is a J Lunn 1 KDGds No.858 served Zulu War in 1871 he was stationed at Newbridge in Ireland.

John Lunn born Clerkenwell London about 1846, attested 4 Dec 1867 to Military Train, to ASC No.197, 15 Feb 1870, to S Africa 3 june 1879 to 24 may 1880 later served sudan 1885, discharged at Aldershot 4 Dec 1888 21 yrs, served Zulu and Sudan Wars, married Eliza Hyde 17 Aug 1880, 1881 census he is a Shoeing Smith ASC at Colewort Barracks Portsmouth. He probably diesMarch Qtr 1900 in Greenwich District.
