Hi All,
Frederick Tyrrell Baptised 4 May 1827 St Bride's Fleet St London, served Madras Infantry and Madras Staff Corps, and in the Indian Mutiny. Probably went to Rugby School age 14. Married Margaret Clarentine Mulheran 18 Nov 1862 at Cocanada, Cuddalore, Ellickphoor, [Spelling ??]. She was born 23 march 1847 so she was just 15 he was 35, They had 10 children between 1864 and 1884, two died young including their first child in 1865. Frederick dies in Kimberley S Africa 5 Sept 1910. I can find very little on him military or otherwise. Most of this information comes from Margarets pension record, it seems she returned to the UK, she dies 18 April 1915 the date in the pension record and a death is registered in May Qtr 1915 Hastings Sussex, strangly a buriel record appears for Margaret Clarentine Tyrrell 20 sept 1916 in Llanwrtyd Brecon Wales.
