Hi Tom. I can only find one Gillingham in the Shah rolls so have shown him above. If there is another then happy to correct the title.

Joseph Gillingham was an Able Seaman who served aboard HMS Shah on the Pacific Station. He served aboard ship during the battle between the "Shah" and the "Huascar." He served on shore with the Naval Brigade during the Zulu War. His name appears on the Medal Roll for the "Shah" as entitled to the South Africa Medal with the "1879" clasp.
