Hi All,
Bart p. Collins was born 1859 in Barking Romford Essex. He enlisted 1877 into the 1/10th Regt. He transferred to the 91st 58th/2280 on 17 Feb 1879, to S Africa on the Pretoria 19 Feb 79 to 8 Oct 79 being invalided to Netley UK. He was at Stirling when he returned to S Africa on 20 Dec 1880.
He rejoined the colours in 1885 and was discharged at Galway on 15 Jan 1889, 12 yrs. At some point he was transferred to the Connaught Rangers [1885] No.1679. He died Sept Qtr 1903 in Romford District.
