William Sullivan alias William Swain and William Peacock soldiers of the Buffs pleaded guilty to the crimeof stealing horses belonging to Wiliam Niemack and Hermann Muller. His Lordship remarking that horse stealing, was a very serious offence, sentenced each of the prisoners to three years hard labour.
