Yes often found myself lying in a shallow luke warm bath with a candle because of load shedding.

Nothing on the database, a search on N.A.S.A. coughs up a Jacob Creewel, as known as Jacob Crewell, regarding a bankruptcy case involving a mining company in 1910, but that’s all.
