| Our forum is certainly growing in numbers, however we have quite a few inactive members. E-mails are sent out asking members to log on if they wish to continue being a member of our community, this has been build in to the forum. The main reason is not to give those viewing our forum a false account of our membership status. Therefore any inactive accounts will be deleted at midnight on the 26th Feb 2010. To prevent deletion of membership, please log in to your account if you receive an e-mail asking you to do so. This will keep your account active.
Automatic e-mail read like this.

| The current membership statues stand at 70. Some memberships have been removed as stated on the 10th Feb 2010. I received a few PM's from some members who have been unable to login for whatever reason their memberships have been retained.
I have set the limit for 40 days. This means if members do not log in, after the 40th-day their membership will automatically been removed. But they can view the forum as visitors.
To answer Johns question, members just need to log in, not contribute if they don't want to. Login to keep the membership active.
If there is a reason you can't log in within the 40-day period just send me a PM.
Regards
Pete. |
