Currency & Rate exchange Empty
PostSubject: Currency & Rate exchange   Currency & Rate exchange EmptySun Mar 28, 2010 11:50 am

What currency did the British use while serving in the Zulu War?
Was the exchange rate in the Soldiers favour or was the cost of living it fairly expensive. I know the Army fed the troops, but I’m thinking along the line of local produce.
