I am a little surprised it is as high as it is still with a few days to go ! . I think its overpriced .

I have to agree with 90th

Well over priced, but then if you look at the bidding, it is down to two people who want it, that's what an auction is all about.

I would not pay that price for a damaged medal that needs repairing.

With my limited medal knowledge I would say that was way too much for a medal in that condition, I agree with 90th 400 quid should be enough

The two people who are bidding on it may want the medal for some reason like its a member of the family or some other personal reason.

I hope that is the reason , as its a ridiculous price . Even if it is the 1 / 24th Regt. I managed to
buy one a couple of years ago to the 1 /24 th and it only set me back 800 quid and is in great condition.
I though that was expensive !.

Sorry , my camera doesnt take a good enough photo , I tried to photograph a medal when I joined the Forum ,
and it was to fuzzy , you cant see any detail. Suspect
